Annual tuition includes the non-refund­able Regis­tra­tion Fee due with the enrollment contract.

Tuition payments begin in June each year for the follow­ing school year. Tuition may be paid in full or on a monthly install­ment basis (see above) begin­ning June through April, with the excep­tion of March, when enroll­ment deposits and fees for the follow­ing school year are due.

Tuition and fees are paid through Black­baud Tuition Manage­ment. Fami­lies are required to create an account online and set up a tuition payment plan. Single and monthly tuition plans are avail­able. Payment methods include ACH/​bank debit, credit and debit cards. Inci­den­tal fees will also be billed through Black­baud. The Black­baud account fee (see Fees below) will be charged upon initial setup.

Fami­lies will create a Black­baud account at the time the enroll­ment contract and deposit are submitted.

Partic­i­pa­tion in the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) is required of all fami­lies paying monthly tuition and strongly recom­mended for fami­lies paying their tuition in full. Payment for the Tuition Refund Plan is due with the June payment. The cost is 1.55% of refundable tuition.

Waverly Parent Orga­ni­za­tion (WPO) — $125 annual fee per family (non-refund­able). Due with Enrollment Contract.

New Family Fee (one-time only) — $1,500 fee per family (non-refund­able). Due with Enrollment Contract.

Black­baud Tuition Manage­ment Account Set Up Fees — $50 (paid directly to Black­baud). Due with Enrollment Contract.

Student Activ­i­ties Fee — PS — $200, $990 (K‑4) $1,590 (5 – 6), MS — $1,100, HS — $1,320 (9 – 11) $1,620 (12) (per student, paid in June).

Tech­nol­ogy Fee — $170 fee paid in June (per student, 7th-12th grade only).

Service Fee for Monthly Payment Plan — $150 annual fee paid in June (per family).

Late Tuition Charge — $12 for late payments.

Returned Check Charge — $30 for the first occur­rence (paid directly to Blackbaud).

Follow Up Service Fee — $40 per occur­rence (paid directly to Blackbaud).

After School Program — TBD; fami­lies will be noti­fied in advance of the new year rates.
